TERMS OF SERVICE — ISLAND BREEZE SHIPPING JA

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for or using the services of Island Breeze Shipping Ja ("Island Breeze", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES
Island Breeze Shipping Ja provides international package forwarding, air freight, sea freight, barrel shipping, home delivery, and related logistics services from the United States and Canada to Jamaica. We act as a forwarding agent only. We are not a common carrier and are not liable for the acts of third-party carriers.

3. REGISTRATION & MAILBOX
Upon registration, each customer is assigned a unique mailbox number. This number must be included in all shipments sent to our warehouse. Island Breeze is not responsible for packages that arrive without a valid mailbox number. Customers must provide accurate contact information and keep their account details current.

4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are strictly prohibited: firearms and ammunition, narcotics and controlled substances, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, live animals, perishable foods, and any items prohibited by Jamaican or US/Canadian law. Island Breeze reserves the right to reject, return, or report any prohibited shipment to authorities.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT
All shipping fees, customs charges, processing fees, and delivery fees must be paid in full before packages are released. Invoices are generated automatically when your package is ready. Late fees may apply to uncollected packages after 30 days. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, GCT, and government-assessed fees applicable to their shipments. Island Breeze will notify customers of any known customs charges. We do not guarantee the accuracy of customs assessments as these are determined by the Jamaica Customs Agency.

7. PACKAGE STORAGE
Packages will be held at our Montego Bay facility for up to 30 days at no additional charge. After 30 days, a storage/late fee will be applied daily. Packages uncollected after 90 days may be donated or disposed of at Island Breeze's discretion without liability.

8. INSURANCE
Optional package insurance is available at an additional fee. Insurance covers loss or damage up to the declared value of the package. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of collection. Island Breeze's total liability without insurance is limited to the shipping fees paid for the affected package.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Island Breeze shall not be liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, force majeure, or events beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the lesser of the declared package value or the shipping fees paid.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
